My week in Images. Wk 5/18
This week and the weekend seemed to be all about nature for me and I am my most happiest when I am fully immersed in its bounty! The days are getting slightly longer, there is the glimmer of light in the early mornings and evenings which heralds the chance to begin getting outside more and attending a neglected winter garden.
I finished my 'Blind date with a book' which I did thik would make a great film. Currently I am reading about someone who didn't spend on treats/holidays etc over a whole year in the bid to save a ton of money. Some interesting observations which got me thinking about consumerism. Plus followed the story of a news reporter from my home back in Devon trying to spend a week without using plastic. Harder than it sounds.
I hope you all have a wonderful month, Januray seemed a bit strange and flat and complicated in many ways and I often wonder if that is due to the weather and trying to find our rythm again after a festive break. Atleast with February we can look forward to leaving late winter behind and welcoming in Spring as tulips and crocuses, snowdrops abound in plenty!
