My week in Images. Wk 4/18

Ah the sleeping lion, I mean cat. I don't know about you but there is something so soothing about watching a cat sleep and I mean really sleep, not their usual one eye open and ear twitching snooze. I'm talking about the one where they feel so safe and relaxed that they can switch off and dream away. I think Mr C was cold though as he wanted to bury his head.

This is taken from my New Year challenge where I aim to take a black and white image a day!! It seemed great at the time but sheer madness now that I'm doing it. I hadn't realised how busy my days can be that leaves me little room to capture a half decent image. Anyway, I adore the anenome plant which flowers later in the summer here as over the winter the long stems dry and their seed heads look like lots of floating cotton wool bobbles.

I posted about these pretty little lanterns at the weekend, and they have made me smile this week as I was so happy along with little bear that we could light them and watch our creations glow.

This is where my time ran out! Remember earlier I said about how we plan things and then don't realise how full our days are and yes I struggled to capture those little objects and moments that delighted me this week because it went by far too quickly.

Let me know what you are reading, watching or any creative projects you have ongoing?

I'd like to do a review of podcasts in one post, so hold tight whilst I wait for my days to ease up a little! ha! Till then find something of joy in your days.
